Sarah Gibson
Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist, Board-Certified Hypnotherapist, Certified Stress Management Consultant
Sarah Gibson is a Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist, Board-Certified Hypnotherapist, and Certified Stress Management Consultant specializing in solution-focused therapeutic and performance-based change work. She received her formal training through the Canadian Association of Registered Clinical Hypnotherapists in 2017 and also holds board certification with the International Medical and Dental Association of Hypnotherapists. In addition, Sarah earned her designation as a Stress Management Consultant through the International Association of Counsellors and Therapists.
Sarah’s professional journey reflects a deep respect for both the science and the subtlety of the subconscious mind. After transitioning out of a lengthy corporate career, her own professional experiences with hypnotherapy consistently reveal its profound capacity to resolve long-standing patterns, restore nervous-system regulation, and support sustainable change. Experiences such as these became the foundation for her clinical work and her commitment to ethical, evidence-informed hypnotherapy practice.
Over the years, Sarah has trained and mentored with internationally recognized leaders in the field of hypnotherapy and integrative mind-body approaches. Her work blends clinical hypnotherapy with advanced stress-regulation, performance psychology and mindset coaching frameworks, allowing her to tailor customized interventions with precision and care.

Sarah has a general practice and specializes in supporting clients in the areas of addiction recovery, competitive sports performance, pain management, trauma resolution, and women’s physical and mental health. Her approach is collaborative, calm, and deeply respectful of the individual—meeting clients exactly where they are while gently guiding them toward clarity, resilience, and internal stability.

Whether working with individuals navigating trauma, athletes refining mental performance, or women moving through complex physiological and life transitions, Sarah’s focus remains consistent: helping clients bridge the gap between their current experience and their capacity for meaningful, lasting change.
